Disregard it. Actions will speak louder than words, and if those who assumed things don’t realize the difference, then they’re really too idiotic to waste a thought on.

A hatstall is when the Sorting Hat is stuck between putting the sortee in to two different houses.
Such as when Harry Potter was being sorted, and the Sorting Hat what thinking about putting him in Slytherin or Gryffindor.

On Pottermore, you can choose which house you feel you belong in more.

Keep your failures to yourself - i would not say thats really slytherin. Rather to make people know about them so when they come for you theyll try to stab you there, in the place of a former weekness but which is now pure iron

Before I continue, I’d like to clarify that this applies mostly to current and recent failures, not ones from years ago that are now amusing - like that time one fell down a flight of stairs at a crowded bus terminal…

In today’s world, sharing failures is so commonplace, it’s something that occures daily. For example, no one needs to know that you woke up late for work, or that you had a job interview you totally blew, or that you think your significant other is cheating on you via Tweets on Twitter,

I admire your interpretation of making failures known, but it rarely if ever goes that way. Making failures known only makes people aware of shortcomings and reduces your status in their eyes.

I believe it’s better to make your life and existence seem effortless. Yes, replace places of former weakness with pure iron, but there’s not need to announce that there was ever a place of former weakness to begin with.

Not at all.

I’m an Aries and a Slytherin, and very much an extrovert. Slytherin’s aren’t innately introvert. Draco Malfoy is far from an introvert, and relatively typical for a Slytherin.
